Even if you do not accept the waiver on the page but go and look, the government can track you. Yes, even the wonderful Obama government.

If you do accept the waiver, the government claims it owns your computer and may access it at any time and share information with law enforcement personnel throughout the world. You giver permission to listen to calls, read email and documents, study your banking records....




It seems like any dealer who wanted to participate in the cash for clunkers program had to agree to the waiver. One site explains the site has been redesigned since the language has been made public. I don't know and will not look. I did note the imbeciles adding their comments to the Youtube video trying to defend this intrusion, if not extortion.

Of course, they objected to the NSA listening to terrorists calling the US. That was the evil Bush administration.
