A few days ago, Hernandez Perez was sent to jail for 25 years for abducting a woman on Walnut Street, Saratoga Springs.  He told her to take off her clothes and that he was going to rape her and kill her. She escaped by jumping from the van in the nude. Mentioned in the last paragraph, inside the local paper:  oh, we was an illegal alien.

I mentioned this in an update to the Connie Mack post but it’s worth a post of its own given the national interest in the state’s new statute. Which, incidentally, wasn’t being enforced here: It doesn’t go into effect for 90 days, or possibly for much longer if opponents have their way.

The wound is apparently superficial, thank goodness.

Pinal County sheriff’s Lt. Tamatha Villar says the deputy suffered a superficial wound to his abdomen after being shot with an AK-47 assault rifle Friday afternoon.

Villar says the deputy was doing smuggling interdiction work and found bales of marijuana in the desert. He then encountered five suspected illegal immigrants, two armed with rifles, and was shot.

At last check, the suspects were shooting at police helicopters in hot pursuit. More fromCNN:

Pinal County is located between Phoenix and Tuscon and has been described asa key transit point for illegal immigrants. Sheriff Paul Babeu told CNN that an estimated 80 percent of illegal immigrants eventually pass through his county along the way to other locations.

Backers said undocumented residents end up as a burden on the state. In Maricopa County, undocumented immigrants make up 20% of the county jail population, according to county figures.

So, those sad for the illegal aliens, sorry, undocumented illegal aliens, admit there are 500,000 in Arizona itself.  They can't understand why people are upset?  I think I the numbers are, there:  A kidnapping every three days and a murder every day, in Phoenix.  Feel free to correct me.  There is some comment about it being crimes caused by Mexicans and drug traders, but maybe I should not say that, it being profiling an all.

It is some PC/leftist babble not relating to any crime or right. It is nothing by itself. Perhaps, an annoyance that sloppy thinking and manipulation has turned into a taboo for slow thinkers.

If I were in the middle of Arfica and a white man killed someone, I would just report to the police station to clear myself. Of course, I will be stopped. This is common sense. There is no human right to defy logic.

More importantly, assuming you are a racist and actually believe races exist, is there a Mexican race? An hispanic race?  I once helped take the census and I was advised to be careful, hispanics would get angry if questioned about their race.  They are mostly white, which is supposed to be a race. Good luck trying to define what a race is.

The supidity of too many people is beyond redemption. The problem is they are given orders by their leaders and they just repeat inanity.

One of the more popular claims by illegal immigration proponents is that those who enter the U.S. by breaking the law are invariably "hard-working" and "law-abiding" once they get here.
That argument, however, has one major flaw. According to Justice Department statistics and the analysis of immigration experts, the "law-abiding" claim often isn't true.

"The U.S. Justice Department estimated that 270,000 illegal immigrants served jail time nationally in 2003. Of those, 108,000 were in California. Some estimates show illegals now make up half of California's prison population, creating a massive criminal subculture that strains state budgets and creates a nightmare for local police forces."

Our popagandists at factcheck.org published the left's defense against claims of high cost stemming from illegal alines.  I will use their figures.  In poo-poohing claims of $11 or 22 billion a year in 2007 in welfare costs, the organization retorts in 2003, CIS (who knows who they are) said only $1,040 per year was spent on each illegal family.  Wow.  I didn't realize there was no problem. CIS and factcheck did not offer a guess at how many families there are.


Let's guess:  5,000,000

Welfare guess:  5,200,000,000 using a likely low number.


So, gee, maybe the number can be as low as $5 billion.  Of course, there is cost to the schools systems and the hospitals, but those costs will be picked up by the rich.


I know, how can one be so mean? Think of the poor humanity suffering, etc.  I am:

Shelly was discovered hanged in the shower of her Greenwich Village apartment/office on Nov. 1 by her husband Andy Ostroy...

This was in Greenwich Village, far away, so no big deal. The Village is that crazy place, anyway.  Poor Diego was having a bad day. Too bad.


All is not lost, though, dear Democrat reader. I am sure he will be granted the rights to be a citizen in jail and continue to vote for Marxism. That is the plan. La Raza is on it. He should have a right to vote just like Adrienne Shelly did, until she got in Diego's bad side.


The girl who fled from the van was walking on Walnut Street, here in town. Now, that is not close to home; it is.  If that quiet street is dangerous, there is no street left in the nation where one can be safe. 


That being the case, it makes perfect leftist sense to make sure the victims are not armed. If you think about it, when you shoot a gun, even in self defense, you burn carbon.  OMG!  If we all protected ourselves, the oceans would rise, what 90 feet!
