Ebola Transmission Response

I have since this ebola outbreak began.......months ago.... been researching this topic for my doc friend with whom I used to work.
Coughs, sneezes have droplet plumes of up to 4 to 5 feet out from uncovered mouth of cougher, sneezer, open mouth laugher. Some studies from U of Minnesota epidemiology departments suggest ebola can be transmitted by uncovered coughs, etc.
The problem with ebola is that within that 21 day quarantine period, one day the doc or nurse is fine, the very next day they are vomiting, their body suddenly filled with huge load of the virus. Any uncovered cough or sneeze could expel millions of virus in plume droplets.
This nasty virus which originated in monkeys in africa and possibly bats, is spread in africa easily because of poverty, weak immune systems due to bad nutrition, burial practices, totally unsanitary conditions and ignorance. There is now total lack of anything that represents a hospital in those countries most afflicted currently. Some of the shacks that they call hospitals have been burned down by local people out of fear so there is now nowhere to treat patients except for the field hospitals that the US military is currently building there.
There is absolutely no good or sane reason why we should not immediately ban travel of non American citizens whose origin is those countries now suffering ebola epidemic. Doc's and med staff who want to go there to help those people can always go by chartered plane and private jet funded by private donors like Samaritan's Purse which has been doing that for many years already.
The problem with any military arosoling this virus is that it is so deadly (90 per cent kill rate in africa) that the users will eventually suffer the same fate as it spreads worldwide. Unless all flights are banned which would shut down the world economy.
That would be just what the jihadis would love to make happen.
A recent study indicates that the ebola surface survives alive on cool surfaces for up to 50 days.
It is a very nasty disease.
