As to the recent jump in the "strongly approve" numbers, it may be that Mr. Obama is on vacation. It does look like a solid 26% strongly approve and considering what is happening, they will drown as the Titanic slides into the water, mostly singing the same song. Some may wonder as the cold water hits.

What is interesting is some more people seem to be strongly positive, but

From a stock pickers perspective, the approval rate is hitting resistance at 45%, but there is no uptrend. We need only wait and see what happens as the election draws near and the advertisements hit the air. I would expect the negative ions in the air will push that number down.

Mr. Obama won with some 96% of the black vote which translated into 13% of the voters. He set the Democratic record for his high of 43% of the white vote.   Young white voters gave him 54% of their votes. 

Obviously, Mr. Obama needs to inflame the black vote, as the novelty of a person with black DNA as a criteria to elect a leader, wears off, and somehow rekindle the white youth vote that responded to the leftist direction from the college culture, but is now out of work and listening to the real world.

I heard something once, about fooling some of the people some of the time. 

In the coming election, the massive swell of black will not exist, nor that of young whites.  Nonetheless, look ahead to a few months of "racism" claims everywhere and an attempt to be hip on Facebook and so on.

A final observation is that the anti-fascist vote is nearly hysterical and will turn out to vote in great numbers.

Even if there is a GOP return in November, that is not a victory for the Constitution. There are GOP hacks there that have to be culled.

PS: as to "black" and "white"
