I have never been impressed by the messenger and always inspect the message, which I now understand is not the norm. People prefer to filter out discordant information. White House Mass Murder - the one before Benghazi

Excerpts from Washington Times article.  The gangsters in the White House are also murderers.  Before Bengazi, there was the more than suspicious take down of Seal Team 6.  For my part, I immediately understood it was not an accident that the old, unescourted helicopter was shot down.

There is no doubt this was organized murder.  There was more to the revelation as to Seal Team 6's involvement than Biden's stupidity. The ambush was planned and thanks to the loss of our republic, no one will ever know what happened.

I hope those who voted for serfdom enjoy it.

HNER: The betrayal of the Navy’s SEAL Team 6

How they were ‘outed’ to assist Obama’s re-election campaign

  • ...Navy SEAL Team 6 became a household name for their role in killingOsama bin Laden. On May 1, 2011, the country rightly celebrated the death of bin Laden. The Obama administration, however, wanted to do more. It sought to claim full credit for the assassination, deciding to spike the football. On May 3, at an event in Washington, Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. did the unthinkable: He publicly revealed the identity of the special-operations unit responsible...SEAL members immediately realized they were going to be hunted by al Qaeda sympathizers.
Karen Vaughn, the mother of slain SEALAaron Vaughn, says that within hours after Mr. Biden’s comments, her son called to tell her to wipe away every piece of information regarding the family on social media,Facebook and Twitter. “I never heard Aaron that afraid in his life,” Mrs. Vaughn said in an interview. “He told me: ‘Mom, we’re picking up chatter. We’re not safe. You’re not safe. Delete everything.’”...
Their reward, however, for killing the world’s foremost terrorist mastermind was to be outed by their own government.
Yet, the betrayal did not stop there. On Aug. 6, 2011, a Chinook helicopter carrying 30 U.S. service members — including 15 SEAL Team 6 members — was shot down in Afghanistan. Everyone on board was killed...  Talibanfighters were waiting on three sides for the aircraft as it approached. The Chinook was a sitting duck as it hovered in the sky. The evidence is overwhelming and disturbing: SEAL Team 6 members were ambushed.
... They (parents) have numerous troubling questions. Why was the Chinook not provided a military escort plane, as is standard military procedure when a special-operations unit conducts a raid? Why were the SEALs placed on an outdated aircraft built in the 1960s? Why were they not flying in a special-operations aircraft that is designed to take enemy fire and go deep behind enemy lines? Why were they ordered not to return fire against the tower from where insurgents were firing? Did the strict rules of engagement cause the deaths of our service members?
The most troubling question of all is, why did seven of the eight Afghans on that aircraft board at the last minute? They were not on the flight manifest, which was a gross violation of military procedure. The original Afghans scheduled to be on that Chinook were replaced just prior to the mission. In other words, the SEALs were accompanied by strangers....
...a DVD from the U.S. military that recorded the funeral services in Afghanistan for her dead son, as well as the other slain SEALs. To the parents’ horror, a Muslim cleric presided over the services. In Arabic, he damned the “infidel” SEALs, condemning their souls “to hell.”
...Mr. Biden is no bumbling fool. Rather, his deliberate, reckless disclosure placed SEAL Team 6 in mortal jeopardy. He and his boss, President Obama, exploited them in order to boost their re-election chances. The SEALs, however, paid the ultimate price. Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden have American blood on their hands....

    This year's NOAA crap

Read this over with your SAT brain active:  I used to track the NOAH lies yearly, but haven't bothered lately. The nations news services published hysterical news based upon:

NOAA predicts active 2013 Atlantic hurricane season

Era of high activity for Atlantic hurricanes continues

    May 23, 2013
Hurricane Sandy as seen from NOAA's GOES-13

In its 2013 Atlantic hurricane season outlook issued today, NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center is forecasting an active or extremely active season this year.

For the six-month hurricane season, which begins June 1, NOAA’s Atlantic Hurricane Season Outlook says there is a 70 percent likelihood of 13 to 20 named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher), of which 7 to 11 could become hurricanes (winds of 74 mph or higher), including 3 to 6 major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5; winds of 111 mph or higher).

These ranges are well above the seasonal average of 12 named storms, 6 hurricanes and 3 major hurricanes.

“With the devastation of Sandy fresh in our minds, and another active season predicted, everyone at NOAA is committed to providing life-saving forecasts in the face of these storms and ensuring that Americans are prepared and ready ahead of time.” said Kathryn Sullivan, Ph.D., NOAA acting administrator...

First, you see the headline:  OMG:  Hurricane Season!!!!!    "Era of high activity for Atlantic hurricanes continues!"  OMG
NOAH says there will be 13 to 20 named storms.  OMG
Did you catch that - storms.
We are now at the end of two months of hurricane season and there has been NO  hurricanes. There have been four "storms."

So, be prepared when geologist, astronaut Sullivan warns you about life-threatening storms. How much do we spend having NOAA predict terrible hurricanes each year?  They must figure every then years or so, they will be right and  can claim more of the budget.

    Lies and/or Sloppy Science

I was confused by all sorts of web links to horror stories arctic ice melt, so, knowing the high BS factor in anything "climate," a favoreite topic of grant givers, I thought to look into the reports of complete vanishing of ice by 2015 and disappearance of seals.  Even though I have long smelled BS rotting about global cooling, warming, change, I still had to take seriously messages of doom.

I had to make this entry because this is what I found:

If you apply 8th grade analyses, well 8th in my day, so let us say college-level analysis, you can see that the 2013 ice extent is within the standard deviation and was, until June, dead on the average The extent of the ice is not continually decreasing, as the graph shows. We are talking about July for the last two years that are a bit off the average.

Now, check out the language the went along with this graph. At the top of the web site leaves the impression of a crisis:

While the rate of Arctic sea ice loss is normally fastest during July, the warmest month of the year, ice loss was even faster than usual over the first two weeks of July 2013. As a result, on July 15 extent came within 540,000 square kilometers (208,000 square miles) of that seen in 2012 on the same date. The ice loss is dominated by retreat on the Atlantic side of the Arctic, including the East Greenland, Kara and Laptev seas, and Baffin Bay. In the Beaufort and Chukchi seas and much of the Eurasian coast, the ice cover remains fairly extensive, especially compared to recent summers. Compared to the 1981 to 2010 average, ice extent on July 15, 2013 was 1.06 million square kilometers (409,000 square miles) below average.
OMG: fastest, retreat, even faster....   Then there is a section of ice "in context," a curious thing to add:
During the first two weeks of July, ice extent declined at a rate of 132,000 square kilometers (51,000 square miles) per day. This was 61% faster than the average rate of decline over the period 1981 to 2010 of 82,000 square kilometers (32,000 square miles) per day. The fast pace of ice loss was dominated by retreat in the Kara and East Greenland seas, where the ice loss rate from July 1 to 12 was -16,409 and -17,678 square kilometers (-6,336 and -6,826 square miles) per day, respectively. The Laptev Sea ice retreated at about half that rate, at -8,810 square kilometers (-3,402 square miles) per day.  In contrast, on the Pacific side, sea ice has been slow to retreat. During the first part of July, the rate of ice loss in the Beaufort and Chukchi seas was only -3,375 and -6,829 square kilometers (-1,303 and -2,637 square miles), respectively.

Now, go back to the graph.  We hare having a normal ice "extent," as jargon has it.  What the hell is the panic about?  Ice in June has been dead on the average. For two weeks in July is is less. Elsewhere on the site is an explanation that winds have changed and blow ice from shore, as I reported here years ago.

Yes, things change, so?  The sun is setting much more to the north than in the past; sun spot activity is out of the average.  Yes, the universe changes. The implication, here, is that OMG we need laws and grants to study the ice melt.

What is downplayed, of course, are the throw away comments about the Pacific side having not noticeable ice loss.

I generally accept that there is massive fraud involved in the climate scam, but I have come to see that most people have been programmed with a spin that must be correct, so,  clear facts are presented in what it a biased manner.  This is a passive fraud, though part of an active one, and does not involve logic, which is subordinate to religion

The report of this site should be:

"Interesting, the ice melt in early July of last year was outside the standard deviation, there being some wind changes, but this year is the variation remains within the deviation, though for two weeks in July, the extent of ice decreased faster than normal."

Money: Nature and Value for Americans

If you look at a dollar bill, what do you see?

This is a serious question.  Those who understand it, may chuckle and change the channel.  Those who do not will chuckle and change the channel. Perhaps, you should read on as you may not know known unknowns.

    So, here is Money 101:

    Here is a quick explanation:

I go to the Coffee Planet in Glens Falls.  Here is a frequent customer card with two cups of value.  That is two out of ten.  It is 20% backed by a coffee, say a value of $2.50 U.S.

This is better than our U.S. dollar because it has a real backing.  Here is a full debt of one coffee:

I could use this card to buy something from someone who likes coffee, say a pen.  This is great money!  The problem is the Coffee Planet could close.  In theory, I should be able to track down the company and demand my two dollars, but its value as money was at an end when it could no longer be redeemed.  Also, this money was very local.

The U.S.D. cannot be redeemed!  So, what is a dollar?  It is a wish and a prayer based upon a holy paper.  The government "backs" it, but what does that mean?  Nothing.  Further, the government is destroying its coffee cards by handing them out all over the place. The Coffee Planet will not honor more cards than coffees in the world.  So, narrow-minded people just enjoy collecting pieces of paper, thinking each one buys a coffee: " ...it ain't nessisarily so...."

That is a great way to think about money.  Mull it over at the  cafe.  Here is a more detailed view:

    1.  I have a banana and trade it for an orange - there is no money, here, move along.

    2.  I write you an IOU, check, note. At that point - no money exists. However, there is an obligation.

    3.  Now, it gets interesting. In the past, before we were so smart as to pray to cotton paper, a person could take an IOU, endorse it to a third person as payment for a boatload of bananas. NOW, we have the arrival of money or commercial paper. Understand what just happened:  a debt was conveyed in lieu of a boatload of apples.  This is important to grok.  It is the origin of money.

Our dollars are, in fact, a debt. We pass debt obligations around.  They are not endorsed, but that is OK as they are on magic paper that provides authenticity that it is from the federal reserve.

    4.  The U.S. debt was backed by gold and silver, at the outset. Thus, our dollar had real value and buying power.  It was beloved by the world.

    5.  In the 1960s, even a semblance of backing of our debt was removed as very few people even paid attention.  Therefore, the value of the dollar is "floating."  On what?  Nothing. On opinion. There is a market of speculators who guess. The dollar is the same as tulips during the tulip mania of the early 17th Century. Indeed, the tulips were better as one could eat them. So, we are pretending tulip leaves are money, now. Back, then, tulip obligations passed through financial circles several times a day.  Sound familiar?

    6.  Following mentally defective logic and/or avarice, our government purposely devalues our currency by creating more tulips.  In this way, each leaf is worth less, so the profligate Marxists and oligarchs can pay past debts with well-watered tulips.  This is the  governmental idea of sound finance: make your money worth less. (Note, in this way your income taxes went up invisibly, as you moved into a higher bracket via inflation.)

    7.  Gee, lately, things seem to get worse every recession, so the government/Federal Reserve issues more tulip obligations to pay debts, as well as "create" benefits and  jobs that produce no tulips.  This is called Keynesian logic by Harvard. We used to get away with this because the rest of the world agreed, back when we were a sane country, to use our silver and gold backed debts as "money." Those days are long gone. The world uses U.S.D., for now, to buy and sell oil, so as we devalue the money our gasoline prices rise. However, some of the world remember the tulips.

    8.  Gee, the world see that the U.S. is  the mother of all tulip farms. Government, now, are figuring out how to stop using tulips, so the end of the mania is just down the road.  These days, there is no straong, backed currency, so world investors remain in the ponzi game.

On February 3, 1637, the buyers disappeared from the tulip contract market and the music stopped.  The ponzi scheme ended. See, the diagram, below, and remember today we communicate in seconds.  You will not have a month to prepare for the collapse.

So, if you disagree, send along a rationale.  The question is: how does creating trillions of dollars of debt prevent a collapse? Don't tell me you can hire TSA agents and buy GM for the unions. That is a short term political bribe; we are talking about our currency.

I recall hearing a joke when I was banker.  I think it was a joke.  A lady was cofused when talking to her local banker:  I could not have bounced a check; look, I have a whole book of blank checks.

I am going for a coffee, now.
