I have a notice from Vt. DMV that if want to get on a domestic flight, I must have a Real ID License. It does not say a passport will be OK.
Understand this, if an American wants to fly to the next city, he must have this federally mandated ID that contains your biometric information and personal data. Both parties say this is important because of terrorism, both real and false flag. None of the incredibility expensive and intrusive data collection has helped us, at all, fighting terrorism. The main bad guys who were caught, were located or subdued by citizens. I was in NYC and walked right by the block where an observant citizen called in a suspicious vehicle, one filled with explosives, a few years ago. Sort of spooky. Funny though, I did not want to submit to mind control afterwards.

Around the same time, Brian Zimmer, president of the Coalition for a Secure Driver's License (CSDL) warned that, “People who obtain non-compliant driver's licenses need to know that they will have to provide other acceptable IDs, such as passports, to get through security screening at the airports."
Stopping terrorists from obtaining driver’s licenses was supposedly why Congress passed the REAL ID Act nearly a decade ago.

USA Today reported that residents living in holdout states will really face consequences "sometime after 2016," as "they will no longer be able to board commercial aircraft with only their driver's license."
I have no problem taking a train. Of course, that will be next to fall to a fascist control. It will come down showing your papers to see a show in Manhattan. The NSA will know you took the train, paid for the ticket by credit card, and what show you saw. In April some FOUR million HR records, full records including reprimands and so on, were stollen from the U.S. government by China. This data will permit an immediate filtering process to identify fine subjects for turning into agents for China or to threat when needed. Who cares, right? Say, do all the children flying to Disneyland in Orlando have to have a chip identifying who they are?
The government is incompetent to keep records or organize anything, but they have unlimited money to pay private businesses to capture all data on all people, so that China can get it. The recent law about stopping unlimited data collection about phone calls is a joke. The phone companies will collect the data and await a request from the universally approving FISA court.

...It seems as ridiculous as submitting to TSA security pat-downs that Americans would need a passport to board a plane that never leaves the USA and might not even leave the state in which the flight originated. In fact, it brings to mind a time when the TSA had plans to track all daily travel regardless of if it was to work, to the grocery store, or to social events.
Two years ago, senior policy analyst at the Center for Health and Homeland Security Vernon R. Herron told MSNBC:
that your official travel document "will not only have information as to who you are and where you have traveled, but it will also ... allow government officials to track your travel not only in the air, but your daily travels to work, grocery stores and social events." In the future the "government will detain passengers who have traveled to places that are suspicious in nature" once they enter an airport, Herron added. "All these measures seem extreme. However, after we declared a war on terror, we must be more proactive than reactive when it comes to airport security."
Even if those engaged in this effort to control everyone have good intentions, the government is incompetent and subject to, say, a president using records for political reasons. Why, it could even happen at the IRS.
The Internal Revenue Service is now facing a class action lawsuit
over allegations that it improperly accessed and stole the health
records of some 10 million Americans, including medical records of all
California state judges.
According to a report
by Courthousenews.com, an unnamed HIPAA-covered entity in California is
suing the IRS, alleging that some 60 million medical records from 10
million patients were stolen by 15 IRS agents. The personal health
information seized on March 11, 2011, included psychological counseling,
gynecological counseling, sexual/drug treatment and other medical
treatment data.
"This is an action involving the corruption and abuse of power by
several Internal Revenue Service agents," the complaint reads. "No
search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena
authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000
Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation
and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search.
IT personnel at the scene, a HIPPA facility warning on the building and
the IT portion of the searched premises, and the company executives
each warned the IRS agents of these privileged records," it continued.
According to the case, the IRS agents had a search warrant for
financial data pertaining to a former employee of the John Doe company,
however, "it did not authorize any seizure of any healthcare or medical
record of any persons, least of all third parties completely unrelated
to the matter," the complaint read.
The class action lawsuit against the IRS seeks $25,000 in compensatory
damages "per violation per individual" in addition to punitive damages
for constitutional violations. Thus, compensatory damages could start
at a minimum of $250 billion.

Nathan Wessler, a staff attorney at the ACLU's Speech, Privacy & Technology Project, said in a blog post that the IRS's view of privacy rights violates the Fourth Amendment: The IRS continued to take the same position, the documents indicate, even after a federal appeals court ruled in the 2010 case U.S. v. Warshak that Americans have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their e-mail. A few e-mail providers, including Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and Facebook, but not all, have taken the position that Warshak mandates warrants for e-mail....
Let's hope you never end up on the wrong end of an IRS criminal tax investigation. But if you do, you should be able to trust that the IRS will obey the Fourth Amendment when it seeks the contents of your private emails. Until now, that hasn't been the case. The IRS should let the American public know whether it obtains warrants across the board when accessing people's email. And even more important, the IRS should formally amend its policies to require its agents to obtain warrants when seeking the contents of emails, without regard to their age.

As you know, employees routinely fill out a W4 to report how many deductions they are claiming. There is no provision for this in the Internal Revenue Code and the instructive language to employees remains incredibly paternal for the blood sucking IRS. Essentially, people could just estimate their deductions. This item alone bespeaks of spin.

There is a long history of withholding, the government has been incrementally spreading the notion since 1918 with a huge spread of the power in 1943 (they called it part of a "war" tax - sound like a famliar tactic?) All along Americans, you know, your grandfathers, fought bitterly against the forced transfer of wealth. The federal government knew that tax payers had the ultimate power to say "drop dead" and the central government absolutely needed to be fed weekly. So, withholding became a generational project. Now, we do not even think about how odd it is in a free country.
I am working upon the premise I have heard that withholding was designed for non-residents, which is in the Code and makes sense, and has been slid under our noses so the government could force Seymour to "Feed Me." The W4 starts to smell like it is permission to withhold, rather than a friendly gesture from the government to decide what citizens will pay.
I have no opinion on this plausible theory, as extended by me, so don't do anything stupid until I tell you too.
My main theory, pending my instructions to do something stupid, was that one way we can starve the beast, which I feel is our last resort short of virtual or real revolution, was by everyone taking a large number of deductions and putting the saved money in silver, awaiting tribute day on April 15.

IRS Dictates Employee Withholding Amounts
The IRS has set up a program where it can dictate to an employer what an employee can withhold from their paycheck for Federal Income Tax purposes without any input from the employee and without a court order.
Under the new Withholding Compliance Program, the IRS can issue a "lock-in letter" specifying what the withholding rate is for an employee regardless of the employee's W-4. The employer is then required to do the following....
Big Brother is years ahead of us. They are setting up corrals and pens far down the road. The Marxists in power are not so happy with the people thinking it is their money they wish to preserve. This new law is designed to terrify andy hapless employer.
So, another bureaucrat is in charge of your life. If you meet one of these faceless people, do not piss him off. He can take your money without review or inquiry and direct the employer that you have zero dependents, which could be true after a bureaucrat kills off you mom or kids.
If you are thinking, "Well, some people abuse the system and this seems fine...," you are hopeless. I no longer have time to work on deprograming cultists. I would advise you that some day in the future, you will, by necessity, no longer be a harmless dope, you will be the enemy. When lines are drawn, motive and ignorance do not define you as an enemy. Tolerance, not really a virtue in the end, is turned off.
In the meantime, I will look for the basis of withholding, one in law, not based on "because that is what we always do."
